With a background in Financial Services Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and CFT Compliance, Paul established Alpha Capital Compliance Limited in the UK offering a no-nonsense approach to financial compliance consulting.

His experience spans all forms of compliance, from licensing to ongoing compliance support, for all types of financial services firms and the various products and services offered, as well as other specialities in the UK and global finance space.

Paul is currently the Director of Alpha Capital Compliance Limited. A compliance company offering a no-nonsense approach to financial compliance.

He’s an accomplished external equity release compliance consultant, focuses on lifetime mortgages and home reversion schemes. His expertise in the regulatory landscape of the UK equity release market, combined with a profound understanding of property wealth strategies, ensures rigorous adherence to legal and ethical standards in this specialized financial sector.

In his spare time, he is still an active sportsman who enjoys rugby, cricket and cycling as well as spending time with his family and socialising with friends in Hullbridge, Essex, England.

Paul’s Experience

Paul began his career in financial services in 1976, working in Operations and Risk Management roles until mid-1996 when he moved into the Compliance arena.

He has worked in most fields in financial services including Stockbroking, Investment and Retail Banking, Fund / Asset Management, as well as Energy Commodities, and Forex / CFD broking. 

This broad base of experience provides a well-rounded knowledge of most financial product types and services.

Paul is currently the Owner and Director of Alpha Capital Compliance Limited.
